RENTAL FEES AND RESERVATION PROCEDURES

• All fees are based on a per night basis

• There is a two night minimum on all rentals

• A security deposit is required for all rentals

• Catering is available

• Whispering Winds Mountain Retreat is a no-pets, no-smoking facility. 
  Evidence of either will result in forfeiture of deposit.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The Lodge at Whispering Winds requires a $200 deposit for up to 9 people and $400 deposit for 10-18 people. The Appalachian and White Cliffs both require a deposit of $200.  Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is made.

FINAL PAYMENT: Your total balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and can be paid with a personal check, Visa or MasterCard. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival date or any additional payment due at check-in, only certified funds or cash can be accepted. The reservation deposit is due within five (5) days of making your reservation.

CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION: All rental fees will be returned if reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival date to get a full refund.  Any cancellation within 30 days will result in forfeiture of your renal fees paid unless we are able to re-rent the cabin.  All cancellations are subject to a $40 processing fee.
