Reservation deposit: A security deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The Lodge at Whispering Winds requires a $200 deposit for up to 9 people, and $400 for 10-18 people. The Appalachian and White Cliffs both require a deposit of $200. Deposits may be made with a personal check or a credit card number. If making the deposit with a personal check, it has to be received within 5 days of making your reservation in order to hold your cabin.
Rental payment: Your total balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and can be paid with a person check, Master Card, or Visa. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival date, a credit card is required.
Cancellation of a reservation: Cancellations must be made prior to 30 days of your arrival date to get a full refund on any monies paid. Any cancellation within 30 days of your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, plus any rental fees that have been paid. There is an additional $40 fee charged for any cancellation.
